When it comes to casual photography, this old workhouse is a fast favorite. It's true, you can find cameras that provider more features, along with a higher price tag.

 

The selection of pocket size digital cameras is truly vast for a lot of reasons. Your best bet it to establish a budget, identify your specific needs from a digital camera and select the one that best meets both. Remember that a high number of pixels is not the most important consideration unless you're planning on making very large prints.
